  • To add to FlaEMT: The survival rates for full cardiac arrest caused by trauma is really low, like 0-5% if I remember correctly. This is because there is much more wrong than "just" a heart problem.

  • The victims of this crime will receive the life sentence. Fear, shame, long term health issues from the injuries, and possible long term psychological injuries. The chances that the victims will be supported in their recovery for the long term are nil.

  • tsunami waves can go around islands. At times the tsunami height on the back of the island can be higher than the front. This is caused when the individual waves from each side of the island meet, combining their amplitude (height).

  • Forgot, it is much more important for the government to pay for beaches to be replenished on the east and gulf coast, especially on barrier islands. If you want to complain about money spent for disaster relief, how much have places like Florida taken due to their repeated hurricane hits.
